Homemade Gatorade

Will make 1 quart
1 package Black cherry Kool-aid mix (can use any flavor you wish but the black cherry works well to mask the salty taste)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon No-salt
1 Magnesium tablet-400 mg size (if you take a multivitamin with magnesium in it you don’t need to add the magnesium)
3 or 4 tablespoons honey, white corn syrup or sugar
½ teaspoon Citric acid or Fruit Fresh
add enough water to make a quart liquid
Note: Makes a good drink for rehydration after exercising, sports, illness, etc.
Especially in the summer. Helps a person from having muscle cramps from perspiring so much.
